Courtyard by Marriott Pensacola

"I had the pleasure of staying at the Courtyard Marriott Pensacola for three nights, and from the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, I was treated with exceptional hospitality. A special thank you to Lacresha at the front desk for making check-in seamless and for providing fantastic restaurant recommendations that made my stay even more enjoyable. An extra shout-out to Colleen, who truly went above and beyond. Thanks to a mix-up with time zones, I found myself awake and looking for coffee at 5:00 a.m. She greeted me with kindness, made me a fresh cup of coffee, and started my morning with a smile. It’s the small acts of kindness like that that leave a lasting impression. I also want to recognize Ms. Gloria and Sandra at the Bistro. Every interaction with them was warm, genuine, and welcoming. Their kind words, positive attitudes, and outstanding customer service made each morning feel like I was being welcomed by family. It’s clear that this hotel is staffed by people who genuinely care about their guests. Thank you all for your professionalism, compassion, and incredible hospitality. Because of team members like Lacresha, Colleen, Ms. Gloria, and Sandra, I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend the Courtyard Marriott Pensacola to anyone visiting the area"
