Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Pensacola Pine Forest

"I'm not often compelled to write a positive review, so trust that this is special. Felicia, the manager of this hotel, has restored my faith in hospitality. She made an effort to get to know me by name, helped me with a problem, and went out of her way to make my stay more enjoyable. She is a fun and personable presence -- I watched her greet everyone and it seemed to me that she truly cares about each guest's experience. Hotels have become an anonymous experience, but Felicia made me feel that this was "my place." Five stars."

"As an ambassador with 331 Nights at a Marriott Property last year I have to say this Fairfield is at the top of the list for hotels in its class. The staff is absolutely amazing, customer service is top notch, parking is ideal for contractors and anyone in the area working that may have oversized vehicles or trailers, and the rooms are perfect. The local area boasts numerous options for dining within a very short commute also. Every encounter with an employee of the property always results in them immediately extending a greeting and asking how everything is. This property is one that all hotels should model themselves off of. Extra special shout out to Asia at the front desk. If you stay and she’s there, remind her that her outstanding service is far reaching and impacted someone enough to warrant a special call out by name!"
