"This was my second time taking my car to Pensacola A/C and Auto. I have had excellent service both times and will continue taking my car there for maintenance. They are very accommodating and have always thoroughly checked my car out letting me know what’s due to be changed. They also looked my car over to make sure everything is good to go prior to my trips back home to Louisiana 7+ hours away. The process is so easy and I love their way of letting me know via online what was checked and what work needs to be done and allowing me to approve or decline the needed work done via my phone. I never feel hassled or feel like I’m being taken advantage of while I’m there. The inside is clean and comfortable. The beverages and dog treat station adds a positive vibe to how awesome and accommodating they are while you wait. The pricing is not outrageous in my opinion. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and have always been quick to answer and respond to my comments/questions. I rarely leave reviews and the ones I have left were bad reviews. So writing this says a lot and I just wanted everyone to know how great this shop is. 10/10 recommend."

"They fixed my Wife's VW including tracking down some tough to find issues. They replaced the throttle body and a few other things for a reasonable price. Next, we brought them our jeep and they replaced the hub in a day. Clean work, honest and helpful people, very reasonable prices and job timelines."

"Pros: My wife’s AC in her car has never been better! Thankful for the work that was done. When they perform the diagnostic, they check multiple vehicle systems, and even if you do not get all the problems fixed, you receive the full diagnostic information sheet for future repairs. Cost is average of what you should expect to pay for an AC repair. AC is a luxury, although we don’t think it that way, so it is a bit of a luxury price to get it working properly. Cons: Her car was at the shop for a total of seven days, which was a minor inconvenience, but they were exceptionally busy with it being one of the hottest weeks in the summer. I had to call to receive any updates. They called once the initial repair was completed, before doing a road test, but this was six days into the seven day process when I received the first phone call for an update. Understandable for a shop as busy as they are, but it would have been helpful as a customer to know that we were waiting on parts, and roughly when to expect some progress."
